Terri has chosen to call Wilmington home for the past 30 years leaving Michigan’s cold weather behind. Terri has been a part of the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage family for 5 years and has been licensed for 30 years in NC. As a veteran in the real estate industry, she has represented clients within New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender counties.
